Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions Hoonartek named Nilesh Trivedi, who is also on the board of Hoonartek, as its Chief Business Officer for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. The appointment underscores Hoonartek’s commitment to expanding its presence and driving growth in the dynamic APAC market.
In a diverse and distinguished career spanning over 25 years, Trivedi’s experience includes P&L management, Business Process Re-engineering, Digital Transformation, business intelligence (BI) / data warehousing (DW), ERP, Shared Services, Governance and service delivery. His proven track record includes successfully leading multi-million-dollar programme deliveries across numerous countries, coupled with strong change management expertise.
Commenting on Trivedi’s expanded responsibilities, Amit Raj, Chief Strategy Officer, Hoonartek said, “This is a crucial leadership position befits a person of Nilesh’s stature. His extensive experience and proven leadership will be critical in accelerating our growth and delivering exceptional value to our clients in the APAC market.”

Trivedi, who’s also the Director on its board, brings with him a wealth of experience across industries as diverse as FMCG, BPO, manufacturing, telecom and product development. His previous tenures include a decade-long stint with Airtel, as well as key positions at Aditya Birla, GE Capital (Genpact) and Unilever. Prior to his current role, he was Director & Head of Telco at Hoonartek.
The company also promoted Elaine Fletcher to Chief Business Officer-UK & Europe, Hoonartek. Based in London, Fletcher comes with over 30 years of experience in Data Management and Business Intelligence, having worked with diverse industries including financial services, telecommunications, retail and the public sector.
Fletcher has been with Hoonartek since 2020, most recently as its Business Manager for UK & Europe. She was instrumental in helping the UK leadership team launch the innovative DevFac operating model and framework to Hoonartek’s EMEA clients.

Prior to her stint at Hoonartek, Fletcher also served as a Professional Services Partner at Teradata UK and as Executive Partner at IBM Global Business Services, where she led its global Customer Insights team. She was also the founder and UK Director of Business Intelligence at Logica, successfully growing the practice from its inception into a Gartner top 10 business globally.
