TableSprint has launched “Fernor”, an artificial intelligence (AI)-based go-to-market (GTM) agent aimed at helping businesses automate customer engagement, lead management, and outbound sales processes.
The platform integrates chat, conversational voice, and outbound calling capabilities into a single system, allowing companies to manage inbound queries, follow up with potential customers, and conduct outreach without requiring extensive technical infrastructure.
According to the company, Fernor is designed primarily for startups, small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), and non-technical teams that may lack dedicated engineering resources to deploy AI solutions. It offers a self-service interface, enabling users to set up and operate AI agents without coding expertise.
The system supports multi-turn conversations with context retention, allowing more natural interactions with users. It also incorporates real-time speech recognition and multilingual capabilities, which can help businesses engage with customers across different regions and languages.
Industry trends indicate growing adoption of AI-driven conversational tools, particularly in sales and customer support functions. Market estimates suggest that the global voice AI agents sector, valued at around $2.4 billion in 2024, could see significant expansion over the next decade, driven by increasing use of automation in business operations.
In India, the voice recognition market is also expected to grow steadily, reflecting broader digital adoption among enterprises and startups. SMBs, in particular, are emerging as key adopters of such technologies, using them to handle customer queries, qualify leads, and streamline outreach without significantly expanding their workforce.
Fernor focuses on three main areas of sales activity: handling inbound customer interactions through chat and voice interfaces, automating follow-ups with potential leads, and conducting outbound sales calls based on uploaded prospect data. The platform can also assist in scheduling meetings and demos.
Founded in 2024, TableSprint began as a platform focused on AI-assisted development for building internal tools and has since expanded into providing AI agent infrastructure for business automation. The company was founded by Abhijeet Kumar, Chirag Jadhav, and Naga Santosh Joysula, and has raised about $1 million in seed funding from a group of angel investors and venture firms.
Fernor is currently available in early access, with deployment designed to be completed within a short time frame through guided onboarding.
