Hyundai ix25 Creta to come with exciting features, an overview

New Delhi: The new Hyundai Creta SUV will be launched in the Indian market next year.  The Hyundai Creta will see major changes over the current model.  Its design will be taken from the new Hyundai ix25 (model of Creta sold in China).  Earlier reports said that the design of the new ix25 will be completely different from its current model.  Now it is also clear from the leaked photos that the new model of ix25 will look different from the old model.
Leaked photos have revealed that the Hyundai Creta (ix25) will have split headlamps at the front, much like the company’s larger SUV Hyundai Palisade.  The SUV will have larger and V shape LED taillights than the current model.  Above the taillights, the SUV is given a strip across its entire width and has several LED lights in between, which will give the new Creta a modern look.  Apart from this, the new ix25 (Creta) will get a new rear bumper with Fox skid plate.  The leaked picture also shows that the new Creta, the new ix25 alloy wheels will be like the company’s recently launched sub-compact SUV.
Apart from the new design, the new model of Creta will get updated interior.  The SUV will have a large touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and will be equipped with the company’s BlueLink car connectivity technology.  This means that the new Hyundai Creta will also get many connectivity features like Venue, including remote engine start / stop, push maps, geo fencing and many other features including Artificial Intelligence based voice assistant systems.
 Engine & Price
The new Creta will feature 1.5-liter petrol and diesel engines sourced from the Kia Celtos.  Both engines will be compliant with the new Emission Norms BS6.  The new Hyundai Creta is expected to be priced slightly higher than the current model due to the new design, latest features and BS6 engine.  The new Creta will compete in the market with SUVs like MG Hector, Kia Celtos, Nissan Kicks and Tata Harrier.
