The common man has suffered another setback due to expensive non-subsidized LPG cylinders amid rising prices of onions and mobile recharge/bill. According to the website of Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), the price of 14.2 kg non-subsidized domestic LPG cylinder in Delhi has increased by Rs 13.50. Now instead of Rs 681.50, you have to pay Rs 695 per cylinder.
Similarly, there has been an increase of Rs 19.50 in Kolkata, Rs 18 in Chennai and Rs 14 in Mumbai. The commercially used 19 kg cylinder has increased by Rs 7.50 in Delhi. The increased prices have come into effect from December 1, Sunday. LPG prices have been increased for the fourth consecutive month. Gas distribution companies review prices on a date of each month. Only then are these changes made.
