The remaining papers of the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) board ICSE (class 10th) and ISC (class 12th) will be conducted soon. On Friday, May 1, CISCE issued a press release stating that the examination would be done as per the government’s direction given the lockdown situation. But whenever the examination starts it will be completed in six to eight days. Exams will be frequent. Even on Saturday and Sunday, examinations will be taken.
The date will be announced eight days before the day the exam starts. Its information will be on the e-mail to the principal and the career portal of CISCE. In these eight days, the principal will prepare for the remaining subjects examination. Examiners have been asked to keep preparing. Significantly, due to Corona, the ongoing examination of both the classes was stopped midway. In such a situation, six papers of class 10 and 8 papers of class 12th could not be tested.
Results in six to eight weeks after the exam is over
CISCE said that the results of class 10th and 12th will be released within six to eight weeks of the end of the examination. Class X has survived the examination of Geography, HCG, Biology, Economics, Hindi and Art. At the same time, there will be exams for Biology, Business Studies, Geography, Sociology, Psychology, Home Science, English and Art Paper of 12th.
Start the class by taking 11th enrollment
The school may seek provisional enrollment in class 11th. CISCE said that after enrollment, class 11 should also start its online education. But this nomination will depend on the 10th result. This will be valid only when the student has passed 10th standard. Said, in this lock down, students keep preparing for various competitive exams in a better way.
Children up to class eight should make education enjoyable
CISCE has asked all schools to adopt entertaining and creativity methods in teaching-learning to children from classes one to eight. Children will learn more from this.
