JEE Main 2021: Amidst reports that registration for JEE Main Examination 2021 starts from December 15, the Ministry of Education has clarified that the exam dates have not been announced yet. Along with this, the National Examination Agency under the Ministry and the body conducting JEE Main, has also removed the JEE Main Information Brochure released on Tuesday from the examination portal, jeemain.nta.nic.in. In such a situation, an update can be issued today by the agency regarding JEE Main 2021 registration. Meanwhile, students should keep an eye on the NTA website for JEE Main 2021.
Registration to be done by 15 January 2021
According to the information brochure issued by NTA, the JEE exam will be conducted in four sessions. The first session of the examination will be held in February and the second session will be held in March, April and May. Apart from this, the registration for the exam was reported to start tomorrow i.e. December 15. The online applications for the examination are to be held by 15 January 2021. During this period, students will be able to apply for JEE Main 2021 through the NTA website jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates should keep in mind that JEE Main application form will not be accepted in any other mode. Apart from this, in the next academic year, JEE Main will be conducted in several sessions, as well as examination in Hindi, English and many other languages.
According to the report, according to the National Testing Agency (NTA), the first session of the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE Main) 2021 will be held from February 22 to 25. At the same time, the examination will be conducted in 13 languages. Apart from this, candidates should keep in mind that while filling the JEE Main application form online, use the language option for the question paper. This means that in which language they want to take the exam, because in the next phase there will not be an opportunity to change the option of the exam.
Examination will be done in these regional languages
This time the JEE Main 2021 exam will also be conducted in regional languages. According to this, like the NEET exam, JEE Main 2021 will be conducted in eight regional languages including English, Hindi, Urdu and Assam, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Marathi, Malayalam, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil and Telugu. Candidates should note that there will be 20 multiple choice questions in the exam. There will be negative marking in the exam. However, Section B should have 5 out of 10 questions.
