Earlier, the government had allowed schools to open from 16 December.
The government of Jharkhand has given permission to open medical and dental colleges and nursing institutions located in the state in addition to schools from Monday. Apart from this, Srikrishna Administrative Training Institute, Rural Development Institute and Police Training Institutes have also been allowed to be opened by the state government.
At the same time, along with the relaxation of opening of schools by Jharkhand, many important instructions were also issued. According to them, the students of 10th and 12th have to submit written consent from their parents or guardians for taking their regular classes in schools. At the same time, schools have to continue online classes regularly so that students unable to attend physical classes also do not get affected by the preparation of study and board exam.
As per the instructions of the state government, it is mandatory to ensure adherence to the guidelines issued by the Union Ministry of Education and University Grants Commission (UGC) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while opening all schools and other educational institutions.
