Actress Neetu Chandra has told about an incident in which a businessman asked her to become a salaried wife. In return, he was ready to pay her ₹25 lakh a month. Neetu told that even after working with 13 National Award winners, she had neither money nor work. He also talked about an audition in which a famous casting director rejected him within an hour.

‘There was no money, no work’
Neetu Chandra told in a conversation with Bollywood Hungama that my story is a failed story of a successful actor. After working in 13 award winning actors and so many big films, I don’t have work today. I was told by a businessman that he would give me Rs 25 lakh a month, but I would have to be his salaried wife. I had neither money nor work. I got worried, even after working so much, I started feeling unwanted here.
Rejected after an hour of audition
Neetu says, a casting director, it is a very big name but I do not want to name the name, at the time of the audition itself, it means within an hour, I am sorry Neetu, this will not happen. You rejected me by taking my audition so that I could break my confidence.
Neetu made her debut with Garam Masala
Neetu Chandra made her Bollywood debut (in 2005) with Garam Masala. She became an airhostess in the film. After this she has appeared in many films like Traffic Signal, One to Three, Oye Lucky Lucky Oye 13B and Apartment. His last film was Kuch Luv Jaisa in which he was accompanied by Shefali Shah and Rahul Bose. Oi Lucky Lucky Oi won the National Award for Best Popular Film.
