New Delhi: How to beat coronavirus: The coronavirus is wreaking havoc in the country and the governments have no option than imposing a lockdown again. The number of infants is growing rapidly and drastically. In such a situation, what we can do to protect ourselves from the deadly virus. Besides a strong immunity, we need mental and physical strength. So what we can do? Here are the seven ways with which we can beat the coronavirus.

1. Get enough sleep

Adequate sleep is necessary to stay healthy, so get a full sleep. Turn off electronic devices an hour before bedtime.

2. Nutritious diet

In this era of corona, it is important to eat a nutritious diet, reduce sugar-salt and eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Ensure a sufficient amount of fat, protein, vitamins and carbohydrates in the food.

3. Mentally and emotionally healthy

If you feel restless, tense and more headaches then immediately consult a doctor. Stay connected with people and maintain relationships. This will keep the emotional level better, eat your favourite things and fulfil your hobbies, stay away from negative thoughts as far as possible.

4. Follow the routine

Make a plan for the day. This will help you in getting out at least. This will make you feel controlled and you will be able to focus and work.

5. Be physically active

It is important to remain physically active despite being at home. So exercise at home. Do Yoga and take a walk.

6. See inspirational things

Learn from a celebrity, athlete, friend, etc. how they fit in an epidemic. Listen to the song, read the book and take a walk outside the house. It will make you feel refreshed. Remember as the first wave was over, the second one will end soon. Just you have to be careful.

7. Do not see excessive news

Keep an eye on news and information. But stay away from extremely sensational information. Try to live in the present. Do not worry too much about the future.
