New Delhi: The new Harley-Davidson Low Rider S model has been launched in the Indian market. The model is built on the company’s Softail chassis and includes premium suspension components. Along with this, the company has included a powerful Milwaukee-8 114 engine in it. The styling of this bike is inspired by the coastal built scene and Harley heritage. The company has given a one-diameter motocross-style handlebar to it, which makes the rider’s position very aggressive on it. The company has priced the 2020 Low Rider S at Rs 14.69 lakh (ex-showroom).

The company has used Wrinkle Black, removing the glossy black color on the Low Rider S tank. Used Jet Black on its mufflers and exhaust shield.
Along with this, it has a tail lamp with smoked lens with LED light. The bike has a 19-inch tire in the front and a 16-inch tire in the rear.

Brad Richards, Vice President of Styling & Design, Harley-Davidson, stated, “The new Low Rider S looks really reflect the legacy of the 1980s Low Rider model, which has a dedicated following that originally originated in Southern California and Recently the Dyna based Low Rider S model has spread worldwide. We built the Low Rider S using soft chassis as the coastal style and performance and It is more powerful and agile now. ”

Milwaukee-Eight 114 engine comes with 1868cc. This engine generates power of 93 PS and torque of 155 Nm. The engine comes with a 6-speed cruise drive transmission. The bike has a length of 2,355 mm, seat height 690 mm, fuel tank 18.9 liters and weight of 295 kg.
