Corona cases in Delhi: The speed of Corona in many parts of the country is once again intimidating. The uncontrollable corona, especially in Delhi and Maharashtra, has created a threat of a new wave. In the capital Delhi, the number of patients in Corona hospitals has reached 100 percent in the last 14 days. If we leave out the corona cases of Tuesday, more than 2 thousand new cases are being reported daily in Delhi for the last two weeks, whereas, the death toll is on an average 8 to 10. At the same time, in Maharashtra, there has been a double jump in corona cases in 24 hours. The death figures are also frightening.

Once again the speed of corona cases in many states is frightening. The central government has urged many states including Delhi and Maharashtra to follow the corona protocol. There is a danger of a new wave in Delhi and Maharashtra due to the speed of Corona. There has been an almost two-fold increase in hospitalizations in the country’s capital in a fortnight. The number of patients in the ICU of hospitals has doubled since August 1, with a significant increase in the COVID mortality rate.

5 deaths every day in August in Delhi

On Wednesday, 1,652 cases of corona virus infection were reported and eight people died. During this period, the infection rate was recorded at 9.92 percent. Especially since August 1, the average corona death toll is five. The figures shared by the Delhi State Health Bulletin are intimidating. Except on Tuesday, more than two thousand new cases are being registered daily this month. On Tuesday, 917 new cases of corona were registered in Delhi. At the same time, the number of patients in hospitals has also doubled. From 307 Covid patients in the hospital, the figure has increased to 588. While 205 are on oxygen support and 22 are on ventilator support. ICU admissions have increased from 98 on August 1 to 202 by August 16.

DGCA issued guidelines

After the increasing cases of Corona, DGCA has issued guidelines for the passengers. Now it will be mandatory for the passengers to follow the corona rules. Also, it will be necessary to wear a mask on the plane.

Corona’s speed is frightening in Maharashtra

The Maharashtra Health Department said that 1,800 new coronavirus cases were reported in the state on Wednesday. More than half of which came from Mumbai and a sharp jump from 836 a day earlier. While six more patients succumbed to the infection.
