Delhi Metro Pink Line

New Delhi: People have breathed a sigh of relief with the commencement of the Metro between Trilokpuri to Mayur Vihar Phase-I on the Pink Line. Now people do not have to wander to go from Yamunapar to South, West and Outer Delhi. On travelling from Shiv Vihar station to Majlis Park, people got a different glow on their faces. Passengers said that with the passage of time, their money will also be saved.

When the operation started between the two metro stations on Friday, the people of Trilokpuri climbed on the roofs of their houses to see the view. On the first day, the speed of the metro between the two stations was slow. Passenger Rohit told that he lives in Maujpur and works in Dhaulakuan. Many metros used to go to Dhaulakuan by changing from Kashmere Gate, but now they will go directly to Dhaulakuan from Maujpur metro station.

I work in Mayur Vihar. To go from Sahibabad to Mayur Vihar, I had to change three metros from the Kashmere Gate metro station earlier. It used to take a lot of time, now I can reach Mayur Vihar comfortably by taking the app line metro at Welcome Metro Station.
–Sachin Verma, Passenger.

There was a lot of trouble in going from Yamunapar to South Delhi, daily many had to be hit by the metro. But the journey has become easier with the commencement of operations between Trilokpuri and Mayur Vihar. Now I will reach Lajpat Nagar from Anand Vihar by the same metro.
–Sunil Chand, Passenger

Trilokpuri metro station is near my house, but to go to South Delhi, I had to take another ride to Mayur Vihar metro station. But now I can go directly to South Delhi from Trilokpuri station. Both time and money will be saved.
–Archana Sharma, Passenger.

Many years ago a metro station was built near my house, but some houses of Trilokpuri were coming in the middle of the metro line. Due to this, the operation between the two metro stations could not start. The people of Trilokupri are very happy with the commencement of Metro operations.
–Suresh Kumar, a resident of Trilokpuri
