New Delhi: Yoga in Gita: In the Bhagavad Gita, the word yoga is used in many senses, but every yoga ultimately connects with the path of meeting God. According to Gita, Yoga means the union of the soul with the divine. There are many types of yoga in the Gita, but mainly three yogas have more to do with man. These three yogas are Jnanayoga, Karmayoga and Bhaktiyoga. During the Mahabharata war, when Arjuna was getting entangled in the relationship, then Lord Krishna told Arjuna in the Gita that if the greatest yoga in life is something then it is Karma Yoga.
He had told that no one can be free from Karma Yoga, he himself is also bound by Karma Yoga. Karma yoga also keeps God in bondage. Lord Shri Krishna told Arjuna that there is no greater ascetic than Lord Shiva and he remains absorbed in meditation yoga posture on Kailash. Sri Krishna Yoga had cleared Arjuna from the filth of his mind by giving information about 18 types of yoga postures. What are these 18 yoga postures? Let us also know this knowledge of Shri Krishna mentioned in the Gita.

In the end, man meets in these.
Lord Krishna told Arjuna that the greatest yoga in life is Karma Yoga. Even deities cannot escape from this yoga. Everyone is bound by Karma Yoga. Everyone has to act. No one can be free from this bondage. At the same time, it was also explained that doing karma is the first religion of man. He explained to Arjuna that the Sun and the Moon also remain constantly paved on their path of action. You too have to be active.
Lord Krishna told Arjun that knowledge is like nectar. No one can ever bind the one who drinks it. There is nothing in this world more than knowledge. Knowledge makes a man free from material contact even after being in the bondage of karma.
Karma Vairagya Yoga
The Lord told Arjuna that no one is free from karma, it is true, but karma should never be done for the sake of getting anything or getting the fruit. Man should do his work without thinking about when he will get its result or what will he get. One should not worry about the result of action. God gives bad results for bad deeds and good results for good deeds.
Through meditation, a person learns to evaluate himself. It is necessary for everyone to do this yoga. In dhyana yoga there is a union of soul and mind and in such a state both are calm and not distracted. Dhyana yoga makes a person calm and thoughtful.

For Akshar Brahm Yoga, a person has to put out every thought and thinking inside him. This yoga has to be done by purifying the mind anew.

Vibhuti Vistara Yoga
Man reaches nearer to God only through Vibhuti Vibhuti Yoga. Through this yoga, the sadhak gets absorbed in Brahman and paves him on the path of God.
Vishwaroop Darshan Yoga
When a person does this yoga, then he gets the vision of the universal form of God. This is considered to be infinite yoga. Viraat form till God has attained its form through yoga.
Bhakti yoga is the best yoga to attain God. God cannot be found without this yoga. A man who does not have devotion never finds God.
Kshetra Vibhag Yoga
Kshetra Vibhag Yoga is the only means through which man is able to know the deep secrets of soul, God and knowledge. Only the seekers who get absorbed in this yoga are yogis.
These yogas, described in the Gita, are the need of man in the present times. Only the one who adopts it can actually live his life to the fullest.
