Bollywood actor Irfan Khan’s health suddenly worsened on Tuesday following which he was admitted to Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai. As soon as Irfan was admitted to the hospital, people on social media started praying for improvement in his health. At the same time, many kinds of rumors started coming in regarding his health. Now putting an end to all these rumors, a Irfan spokesperson has released the actor’s health update.

The spokesperson said in his statement- ‘It is very disappointing that such disappointing estimates are being made about Irfan’s health. We appreciate those who are worried about Irfan’s health but it is sad to see that some people are spreading rumors. Irrfan is a strong man and still fighting. ‘

The spokesman further said- ‘Request that the rumors be ignored. Irfan has always told everything clearly about health. They will continue to give information related to their health even further. According to information received from the hospital, Irfan Khan was admitted to the hospital due to a colon infection. It is a type of digestive disease.

Even before this, Irfan was suffering from serious illness in the year 2017. However, after a long treatment, he returned to India after winning the battle of life. Irfan developed a neuro-endocrine tumor. He went abroad to get treatment for it. Irfan recovered and came to Mumbai after about eight months.

On returning to India, Irrfan did the film ‘English Medium’. The film stars Kareena Kapoor and Radhika Madan alongside Irrfan. The film was released on 13 March. A few days after the film’s release, the Indian government announced a lockdown due to a corona outbreak. After this the film was also released on the OTT platform.
