New Delhi: After the upsurge over the first government in Maharashtra, now there is a reversal on the post of Protem Speaker. Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) MLA Dilip Valse Patil was appointed as the Protem Speaker of the state assembly after the resignation of BJP MLA Kalidas Columbkar, who was recently elected Protem Speaker of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly.
