New Delhi: From the first February of 2020, there have been many changes related to the services of common man. The rules related to ATM, WhatsApp, life insurance and post office have changed from February 1. On the one hand, while WhatsApp will stop supporting many smartphones, on the other hand, the rules related to ATMs and post offices have also changed.
WhatsApp is discontinuing its support on millions of smartphones from February 1. WhatsApp has stopped working in about 75 lakh smartphones from today. It will not work on Android version 2.3.7 smartphones and iOS 7 iPhone.
At the same time, on the orders of Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) Irda, about 23 schemes have been closed. Closing plans include Jeevan Anand, Jeevan Lakshya, Jeevan Tarun, Jeevan Umang etc. LIC has also decided to discontinue the Unit Linked Plan and New Endowment Plus.
