Supreme Court verdict on Maharashtra case tomorrow at 10:30 am

new Delhi. The trial in the Supreme Court on the politics of Maharashtra is going on. The Shiv Sena, NCP and Congress (INC) have filed a petition seeking cancellation of the oath-taking of Devendra Fadnavis and Ajit Pawar

In the court, the Governor’s Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, Ajit Pawar’s former ASG Maninder Singh, Devendra Fadnavis’s Mukul Rohatgi, Congress-NCP’s Abhishek Manu Singhvi, and Shiv Sena’s Kapil Sibal are appearing in the court.

Advocate Mukul Rohatgi, appearing for the court on behalf of CM Fadnavis, revealed that the Governor has given 14 days’ time to prove his majority in the House. Now the apex court will give its verdict on Maharashtra case at 10.30 am on Tuesday.
