In West Delhi’s Ward-111, the streets of Harphool Vihar and Jai Vihar in Baprola are facing serious waterlogging issues even after light rainfall these days. Unfinished roads and blocked drains have made life difficult for the residents. The condition is so bad that even before the monsoon begins, the roads are already filled with mud and water.
