Maruti Suzuki’s luxurious car Alto K10 will be discontinue

New Delhi : Maruti Suzuki is going to discontinue its most popular car Alto K10 from next month. Launched 10 years ago, this car was the first choice of the people due to its price and tremendous performance, but now it will not be seen in the market. According to the news, the company has also stopped booking Alto 10 from dealers. At the same time, many dealers who have their old stock have been cleared by the dealers.

People associated with the company said that the main reason for the discontinuation of sales of Alto 10 is that it is still using BS-4 engine while the company has upgraded most of its cars to BS-6 engine. Apart from this, Suzuki will not upgrade the BS-6 emission norms in this car, so there is no other way but to stop selling it.

Actually, the company launched its new car S-Preso some time ago, it is believed that it will fill the space between Alto and Wagon-R.

According to the price, the price of Maruti Alto 10 currently starts from 3.61 lakhs, which goes up to 4.4 lakhs (ex-showroom). But talk about the S-Preso of the company that came last year, then its price goes from 3.70 lakhs to 4.99 lakhs, and it is only expensive from 10 to 9 thousand rupees of Alto. Due to this, now the customer is going to move towards the new S-Preso except 10 of the Alto. At the same time, the price of BS 6 Alto with 800 cc engine is between 2.95 lakh to 4.36 lakh. At the same time, the price of S-Preso is between 3.71 lakh and 4.99 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
