New Delhi: Volkswagen launched the T-Roc SUV in the Indian market on Wednesday. Its ex-showroom price is 19.99 lakhs. The Volkswagen T-Roc will come in India as a CBU (Complete Built Unit, ie fully built). This has been introduced in only one variant, which is equipped with great features. The booking of this SUV of Volkswagen starts from February.
The Volkswagen T-Roc has a 1.5-liter petrol engine. This engine generates 147 Bhp of power and 240 Nm of peak torque. The engine is equipped with a 7-speed DSG automatic transmission. This SUV can accelerate from 0-100 km / h in 8.4 seconds. Its top speed is 205 kilometers per hour. Volkswagen T-Rock features LED daytime running lights, projector lens headlamps, panoramic sunroof, dual-tone alloy wheels, leather upholstery, auto climate control, 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system and virtual cockpit.
The SUV has a length of 4229 mm and wheelbase 2595 mm, giving it better cabin space. For safety, the T-Roc SUV features 6-airbags, ABS, ESC, front-rear parking sensors and tire pressure monitoring system. Volkswagen T-Roc is a new car under the company’s India 2.0 project. This is Volkswagen’s second launch in India after the launch of Tigwon Allspace. It will be available in limited numbers.
