Actor Hina Khan, who recently completed chemotherapy and surgery for stage 3 breast cancer, has married her longtime partner Rocky Jaiswal in a private ceremony at her home in Mumbai on Wednesday.
Photographs from the wedding, where the couple are seen as “Mr and Mrs”, quickly spread online, drawing attention and affection from fans. While Hina is widely recognised for her roles in Indian television, many are curious about her husband, Rocky Jaiswal.
Rocky Jaiswal is a television producer who worked behind the scenes on several shows, most notably as the Supervising Producer of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. It was on the sets of this series, where Hina played the lead role of Akshara, that the two first met.

In addition to his work on Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Jaiswal has held roles as executive producer and assistant director on programmes such as Sasural Simar Ka and Mitwa – Phool Kamal Ke. He also launched the RockaByte App, aimed at discovering new talent in the entertainment industry.
Hina has publicly spoken about the support Rocky provided during her illness.
Their relationship spans more than 12 years, starting when they met during the early days of Hina’s acting career. For their wedding, Hina wore an opal green handloom saree from the Manish Malhotra Vows collection. It featured a blush-pink zardozi border and embroidery in gold and silver threads, including the couple’s names woven into the fabric.
