According to Daniels, she initially met the real estate mogul-turned-politician during a charity golf tournament in Lake Tahoe in the summer of 2006, which is situated on the border between California and Nevada. At 27, Stormy Daniels met Donald Trump, who was then 60, during a charity golf event in Lake Tahoe. According to Daniels, Trump invited her to his suite for dinner and greeted her in pyjamas. Daniels claims that they had unimpressive sex afterward, but Trump denies any sexual encounter and calls her allegations a “total con job”.
However, it is known that just before the 2016 presidential election, Daniels received $130,000 in a hush payment, which is now the subject of the Manhattan district attorney’s indictment of Trump for possible campaign finance law violations.
