The company claims that with the support of Snowflake, it has been able to improve its business to business (B2B) operations by refining sales and marketing strategies. Snowflake’s platform has also helped it to speed up the development of new tools such as Canva Sheets, a visual spreadsheet feature.
Apart from above support, Snowflake also provides Canva with insights into user behaviour through data sources allowing the platform to tailor its services to individual users, the company said.
The data platform has also helped software firm’s marketing team predict customer lifetime value and track the success of campaigns, leading to more efficient use of resources across global markets.
Moreover, the Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities of Snowflake are being used to segment Canva’s customer base more precisely, improving its ability to target users with relevant services.
Both companies are also exploring how their technologies can work together more closely, potentially enabling Canva users to turn Snowflake data directly into visual content.
