TCS launches industry-first GenAI aggregation platform WisdomNextTM

WisdomNextTM,

IT solutions provider TCS has unveiled TCS AI WisdomNextTM, an innovative platform that brings together multiple Generative AI (GenAI) services under one roof. This platform is the first of its kind in the industry and helps organizations to embrace next-gen technologies at scale, save on costs and conform with regulations.

The complexity of selecting and experimenting with various GenAI models is addressed by TCS AI WisdomNextTM. Since foundational models have evolved at lightning pace offering multiple different usage modes and costs as well as varying effectiveness; this platform enables users to compare these models across cloud services all from the same interface. Furthermore, large organizations can use pre-built business solutions accompanied by inbuilt guardrails making it easier for them to adopt GenAI solutions.

According to Siva Ganesan who is head of AI.Cloud unit at TCS, “TCS AI WisdomNext empowers our customers to harness the power of GenAI to unlock the full potential of their data while also driving increased business innovation and efficiency for competitive advantage. They are finding that this new offering helps them navigate through a fast evolving and diverse AI marketplace more easily.”

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), is a world leader in IT services, consulting and business solutions. TCS AI WisdomNextTM, launched by TCS, combines various Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) services for the first time into one single interface. This platform is the first of its kind in the industry enabling organizations to embrace next-gen technologies on scale while reducing costs and maintaining regulatory compliance.

TCS AI WisdomNextTM solves the challenge that most solution designers face when they choose and experiment with different GenAI models. Given that underlying models are changing very quickly, each of them having different use cases, cost structures and effectiveness metrics this platform is able to compare them across all cloud services within one single interface. It has also got some ready-to-use blueprints for business solution in which there are already built-in guardrails guiding against GenAI adoption complexities among large corporations.

Siva Ganesan, Head of AI.Cloud Unit at TCS said “The full power of data can be unleashed by customers using TCS AI WisdomNext through embracing GenAI leading to more business innovations and efficiencies as well as gaining competitive advantage.”

The newly released platform’s ability by clients to navigate an ever-changing landscape with respect to a diverse range of intelligent machines.

Centralized Governance: The presence of in-built guardrails to ensure adherence to rules and regulations.

Seamless Portability: A characteristic that enables smooth movement across cloud platforms and GenAI ecosystems.

Hyper-Personalized Experiences: This involves the ability to increase customer satisfaction through personalized solutions.

The platform has been commended by R “Ray” Wang, CEO and Principal Analyst at Constellation Research, who said, “Customers are looking for an innovative GenAI platform with a powerful combination of pre-built industry blueprints, cutting-edge technology, and orchestration capabilities. The service providers that thoughtfully make investments in GenAI and help clients transform, navigate, and experience the world of GenAI with security and ethical guardrails at its core will be the technology partners that customers will trust.”
