Galaxy Blue Sapphire Plaza: Two persons died on Sunday morning after a balcony collapsed at a mall in Greater Noida. Apart from this, there is no news of anyone else being injured yet. At present the police is investigating the incident.
Actually, this incident happened in Galaxy Blue Sapphire Plaza Mall located in Noida Extension, when some people were going to the upper floor by accelerator, then suddenly a part of the building fell on them and two people came under it.
According to the information, both of them died on the spot. There is also a famous cafe and restaurant below the part of the mall where this incident took place. Usually, there is a lot of people coming and going in cafes and restaurants but since it was Sunday afternoon, the crowd was less so not many people were harmed.
People say that if there had been crowd here like on normal days, more lives could have been lost or the number of injured could have been much higher. It was fortunate that today was Sunday.
The police reached the spot and are investigating the place. However, till the time of writing the news, no official statement had been issued by the police.
