These rules were made under the second and third phase

Delhi AQI: In the second phase, if the air quality reaches the level of 200, there will be a complete ban on the use of coal and wood in hotels and restaurants. If AQI reaches 450, then vehicles running on CNG or diesel which are registered outside Delhi may be banned. However, vehicles providing essential services will be exempted during this period.
